Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar

We use Bomgar for remote support for our help desk for our customers and employees, on various platforms Mac,Windows, Linux. It addresses issues with customers or employees having problems on their computer.
  • Easy to use- We have many users using this from teens to older folks
  • Implementation is a breeze! & Easy to setup.
  • Upgrades are flawless and simple.
  • Customized Portals with templates
  • Themes for the rep console
  • Saved Truck Rolls
  • Saved Phone Support and time on the phone
We used Kayako for years, and made the choice to go to Bomgar. We haven't looked back. The feature set, and power of Bomgar is awesome.
