Overall Satisfaction with Box

The whole organization encourages the use of Box because it is HIPAA-compliant and user-friendly.
  • Box's HIPAA-compliance
  • Box's ease of use - it just syncs automatically and you don't have to worry about it
  • Box's versatility across multiple devices
  • I don't have many issues with Box. There was a rollout of a Box Sync versus Drive thing that confused me, and I suppose IT could have done that more smoothly.
  • I work in higher education... so we don't focus on ROI. It has helped our office's efficiency.
Dropbox isn't HIPAA, that's the big knock against it. Our ITS also primarily supports Box.
I have never had any issues with Box's performance.
Everything is good. Setup can sometimes be confusing though.
It is really well-suited if you're working across multiple devices! The syncing is so easy and you can edit in either the web browser or in your normal Microsoft Office application.
