Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze for our CRM management. We particularly use the Braze to send newsletters, push notifications and in-app messages to our user base. We also gather data about customer interactions and use them to refine our messaging. Essentially, Braze is used to notify our user base of new releases, offers and updates.

It took me a very short time to get a good understanding of Braze. For a new user, the training materials provided by Braze are sufficient to build a workable understanding of the platform.
Braze's segmentation and cross-channel functionality has enabled my organization to streamline its CRM processes and confine them to just one platform, reducing the number of resources required to conduct operational activities on a day-to-day basis. By integrating data from several sources, Braze can track real-time data and can be used to deliver more accurate results.
