Overall Satisfaction with Braze

- Being in the QSR industry, we use Braze as a CRM tool to build consistent and meaningful interactions with our customers
- Marketing automations to build 7 foundational journeys has proven to drive higher conversion rates
- Welcome, Post Purchase, Winback, App download, Cart Abandon, in-life comms, Birthday are 7 foundational journeys and use cases

Simple and intuitive interface. However, I would prefer not to have new terms for the same functionality in the industry
e.g:
Journey = Canvas
Customer ID = External ID
I haven’t used much of AI capabilities except for the copywriting assistant. It seems pretty handy. Image generation is off brand and doesn’t work as well.
Salesforce is better at AI-driven insights with Einstein-powered models, generating optimal email/push frequency, copy insights etc. MoEngage is much cheaper than Braze. Emarsys is on par to Braze with a simple, intuitive interface.
