Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use it for communication with our users. It provides a communication channel for us to offer an app product. Scope encompasses everything from marketing to transactional messages, including email, SMS, and more.

Pros

  • Sending push notifications.
  • Sending In App Messages.
  • Sending emails.

Cons

  • Complex platform.
  • Complex way of setting up different campaigns.
  • Perhaps cost? I know it's not cheap.
  • Better Engagement & Conversion.
  • Improved Customer Retention & Reduced Churn.
  • Learning Curve for Non-Technical Users.
It is not the most user-friendly tool for a nontechnical user like myself. I have tried using other similar products in the past, and in this regard, they were better.
Cross-channel functionality is excellent; you can target users through different channels depending on what makes the most sense. Real-time data streaming and integration are great because they allow you to understand the results of your campaigns quickly and accurately.

I don't remember the names, but we used at least two others before we switched to Braze, and they were all inferior.

Well-suited for any digital product or app that requires communication channels with its customers. If you need push notifications, in-app messages (IAMs), email, or SMS, Braze is your company. It's less appropriate in a company with more basic needs, such as an e-commerce business, for example.
