We use it to send emails to our customers that have opted in to receive our marketing offers. And to let our customers know the results of said emails.

Pros

Tracking and clearing old inactive email addresses
tracking open rates and click thru
easy uploading of art into the system

Cons

The after reporting could use some modernization
Great graphs and visualization for ease of customer interaction

I am uncertain what we are paying for this service
We get great results fom our happy customers after we use the product for them

Reporting needs to get a customer facing boost

We are getting less black listings for emails that are sent out. Our emails are making it to more actual email address and less to spam boxes
