Overall Satisfaction with Braze

I use it to create unique emails while also gaining knowledge of how well each email performed. I enjoy building the emails whether that is through internal or external use. We are able to send out mass emails as well as build them through one platform without having to use other softwares. It eliminates having to use different softwares when Braze has everything.

We have a list of 75,000 people and majority of those people engage with our emails.
I think it would be a great impact to Braze considering how useful AI is becoming in today's society.

overall it is a great tool to use for beginners. I just started in my position a few months ago and since then had to build numerous emails by myself which i quickly grasped how to use the platform. It gives me a great understanding of how targeted emails are sent out.
