Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to send our customers messages at different parts of their journey with us across multiple platforms: Push, In-App, WhatsApp, SMS, Email. We use it for onboarding, cross-selling, education, notifications, specials and other use cases. We serve a large number of different segments and languages and can adapt messaging per segment with ease leading to much greater engagement

Pros

  • Segmentation and complex messaging for different cohorts
  • Real time notifications
  • Simple One off messages

Cons

  • Making it easier to access information and reporting in the platform itself for more detailed use cases
  • Much better cross selling of multiple products
  • High conversion rate across the funnel as we can message people at each step with ease
  • Reduce churn through using their model and always on messaging
  • Higher uptake of specials or promotions as we can communicate these easily
It is relatively easy to use. It is best if you do have some techincal skills and the ability to hold many things in your head at once so you build all the different scenarios needed to serve your customers.
Real-time streaming of data is vital for notifications and alerts when things have gone wrong or to update people as they are transacting and this works extremely well. Some of the analytics is good other parts need work so that one can easily compare performance over time. The segmentation aspect of the tool is really powerful and very easy to use

Braze is really well-suited to businesses whose customers engage with them across multiple touch points: App, website, email, WhatsApp. It makes it simple to communicate to all kinds of customers and group personalise depending on the customers' segmentation. It is easy to track the performance of experiments and to build control and test groups
