Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Any time I have had a problem, the customer service team from Brightpearl has responded quickly and efficiently giving clear instructions and help on how to fix the issue. There is easy and friendly communication and you always feel as if they are happy to help with any problem you have.
Brightpearl is being used as a stock control manager for our brand. We control the stock of our warehouse as well as from wholesalers as it is easy to use and see what is going where. I is also used to create bar-code tickets for our brand stock. We also use it to manage our suppliers, adding all relevant information needed.

I have only used Shopify before Brightpearl, and feel Brightpearl is an easier and more controlled way of managing stock (which is what I use it for). It makes adding and controlling inventory easier, as well as clearer in knowing what has been added/gone and to who by tracking suppliers and stock.
From how I have used it, I feel it is an easy way to use and control stock as well as creating all barcode systems. When problems have arised there has also been good, easy and fast communication between brightpearl employees to help with something.
