Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Very good support.
Brightpearl is used across the whole organisation. I tried different systems in the past but Brightpearl is easy to use. The software is cloud-based, the system is applicable to businesses looking for access anytime and anywhere. The program is compatible with all devices, including iPads, and runs on both PCs and Macs.
