Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Brightpearl was implemented with our Magento e-commerce. We had issues with products having multiple skus when a product is made with more parts.
The 7 is because the major issue of product with multiple skus was not solved. We had to work on creating a sku for each configuration. In general the customer service is really good.
We use Brightpearl as our sales tool (quotes and invoices) and for inventory management. We are not yet using all the accounting features.

  • For inventory: Very good for retailers with simple products, gets complicated if you have products with multiple boxes
  • Integration with email marketing app is expensive (more than monthly fee of the email management software)
  • Not good if you buy products in different currencies
