Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Not applicable. I was not involved with implementation.
Customer service would take a while to respond to most issues. The help pages/forum was not that great.
I used brightpearl to receive Amazon orders, send the orders to a 3PL warehouse, receive tracking numbers and update them into Amazon SellerCentral. The company used it for various functions from accounting to warehouse management.
  • Easy to use Sales Reports
  • Search Functionality
  • Easy to add additional Amazon Channels
  • Constant Updates that have unintended consequences
  • Constant error reports without a resolution
  • Report cannot be customised
  • ROI was okay. Got us to a point where inventory was synced more or less across the channels.
  • Did not have great integration with 3PL warehouse inventory.
We have switched to NetSuite. Customization is superior. System is more stable.
Small businesses that don't have accelerated growth would do well with BrightPearl
