I used brightpearl to receive Amazon orders, send the orders to a 3PL warehouse, receive tracking numbers and update them into Amazon SellerCentral. The company used it for various functions from accounting to warehouse management.
- Easy to use Sales Reports
- Search Functionality
- Easy to add additional Amazon Channels
- Constant Updates that have unintended consequences
- Constant error reports without a resolution
- Report cannot be customised
- ROI was okay. Got us to a point where inventory was synced more or less across the channels.
- Did not have great integration with 3PL warehouse inventory.
