Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Our company uses brightpearl to organize its sales and inventory. We sell from many market places and it is very hard to follow inventory and sales for all of them, brightpearl is one of the best at making this possible. Brightpearl is very helpful and easy to use.

Brightpearl was what our company needed.
If you are selling from only your website as a small company, that means you are not really ready for brightpearl. Brightpearl is good for managing huge quantities and a variety of market places at once. Brightpearl is easy to manage and useful for its users. I do reccomend brightpearl for companies that are trying to take the next step.

Brightpearl Implementation

Was very easy, we didn't have any problems. Brightpearl representatives helped us during every step of this process which made the implementation rather easy for our company.

Brightpearl Support

They do make sure a problem is resolved, and they reply as soon as possible.
