Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

My Leasing offices uses Broadvoice for our phone system. It helps manage all the calls we receive daily, as well as, after-hour calls. It is super easy to manage all of the information and make changes for days we are closed. It has been great!!!

  • I wish the automated message when the office is closed didn't sound so electronic.

Broadvoice is able to provide a portal where I can make the needed changes to my account. Billing is simple. Any issues were dealt with quickly.

I haven't had to deal with the contact center much. I was provided a rep for my first 30 days that was able to help me with any questions.
