Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I use this for all the features of a VOIP phone. I use the cell phone app when traveling. I don't use the video conferencing feature.

- The features on the polycom phone are a bit hard to figure out.
- Quality desk phone service
- Ability to make and receive calls with the cell phone app
- Provided professional features such as send all calls, send to voicemail, etc.
