Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broad voice is our solution to our VoIP Phone needs. We needed communication across all buildings and Broad voice has been the easiest to set up and use. Since starting with this company we have been using broad voice and the one time I had to call support they were eager to assist and listened carefully to the request to help me find a solution as quickly as possible. So far everything has been working phenomenally and I do recommend using this service.

Five9 needed you to be a bit of a techy person to be able to get it to work. My experience with Broadvoice has everything set up prior to the phones being shipped and easy to install once they are shipped.
