Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice B-Hive to manage our DIDs, 800 number, and connect to our on-premise SIP PBX. They provide our long-distance and elastic SIP trunking, as well as some SMS relay to email. We previously used their services for an on-prem PRI gateway before we transitioned to their SIP services.

Broadvoice has served us well as a long-distance provider and DID manager. The pricing has been competitive, and the service has been reliable. Their tech support has been available when needed.
