Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We've been using Broadvoice for the last couple of years. It's been a great tool for managing our phone system. It allows us to easily answer calls anywhere from our cell phones using their app, which is nice for employees on the go. We manage all of our incoming calls and voicemails easily through the phones and the online system is easy to use as well.

We previously used the Allworx phone system and the user interface was not intuitive. We required an IT person to manage the phone system. And their app didn't work.
