Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice for our VOiP and we also use B-Hive.
  • It allows for us to have a landline
  • Not allowing more than one admin on the dashboard. Because they don't, I will be changing companies when my contract is up this coming Fall.

I am the technical director and Director of Production at Light of Christ. I needed access to B-Hive as an admin. They did not allow it (because my office manager is acting as admin), but I too need access. When I called twice to ask for an admin, I was refused and they told me only one is allowed. This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. I am working on a project right now and need access. I can not keep going to my office manager for access. She has way too much to do than for me to bother her. Also, I have to work on stuff after hours.
