How does VOIP help
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadview replaced our outdate analog telephone system. We are able to handle unlimited incoming and outgoing calls. The ability to adjust business hours and utilize call forwarding has increased our on site capabilities regarding the phone system. One the most used features if when a call is transferred if the call goes unanswered the calling party is directed to voicemail instead of perpetual hold.
Pros
- Handles multiple incoming calls
- Transfer to voicemail simple
- e-fax convenient
- portal management easy
Cons
- Page all phones
- parking spots not distinguishable
- too many steps for voicemail retrieval
- VOIP
- off site voicemail retrieval
- able to adjust company closed times easily
- Monthly expenses reduced
- Conference call capability
- time saving transfer directly to employee voicemail
We previously had NEC analog phones. It was extremely inconvenient to change operating hours for unexpected business closures and holidays. Conference calling was more difficult than with the Broadvoice system.
