Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Not only do we use it internally but it is the primary service that we offer to our clients when designing new voice systems. It has always been reliable, and working with their customer service is one of the easiest experiences in the industry. Even when there are issues they are quick to communicate and keep you updated on the situation.

The biggest difference I have noticed with Broadvoice over others is the preperation and standards that they hold themselves up to. I have never felt in the dark on where we were with an implimention or project, anytime I have a question it is quickly answered and acted upon if needed. I appreceate the attention to detail in the infomation gathering and communication, it just helps the process move along in a quick and efficent fashion. Even when there are issues, ie a potential customer has been ban from Broadvoice services in the past, they handle it with respect and understanding and dont just shut you out.

The only time it is not been a great fit is when the customer uses very very few minutes a month.
