Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

I want to thank Carlos for all his help and knowledge with the installation and training. He is awesome and a great asset to your team!

Pros

  • can get my faxes through my email
  • can change calls coming into the office to go to our cell phones
  • forwarding calls
  • being able to change and see things in bee hive
  • negative for the first few days due to complications
  • but Carlos helped very much.

Being able to forward phone calls to individuals when we work remote and receiving faxes via email. Being able to change things depending on our situations on our own.
