Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We are a small company and everyone wears MANY hats. The system allows us complete flexibility and easily adapts to our changing needs. I can quickly redesign the platform as needed, keeping control over the first impression our customers receive when they call us.

  • B hive app compatibility with Android/Galaxy phone
  • Platform causes A LOT of SPAM calls. A way to filter these and auto block them would be appreciated
  • Direct line management online
  • Quick and easy voicemail management
  • Inbound call management is simple
  • Text message notifications are great
  • Fairly priced product with huge features and flexibility
Our IT provider made the suggestion to try Broadvoice when we were moving away from traditional "landline" type phones. Back then, we knew little about the power and control over the business could be gained by using this type of platform. Nearly a decade later, we have found people can be more productive, and our customers get to the people they need more efficiently because of this platform.
