Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Call escalation, with so many hands on deck, it is sometimes difficult to keep everything organized. With B-hive we are able to set an escalation system that allows for prompted responses from us and keep our managers free for their busy schedule. It is an inconvenience to have a manager answer a call that one of their employees could answer. This keeps communication lines clear and allow to effectively take care of calls. In my situation, I am the front line to this and can handle majority of calls with out having to escalate. Transfer Calls, this as easy as it gets and completely seamless. If I am unable to to take care of a call I can transfer them to the right person without any issues.
