Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice daily to answer incoming hotline calls, transfer calls to different departments, and listen to calls for training. We mainly use it on the browser, but we also use the app as a back-up when we're on the move or whenever we experience technical issues with our desk phones at the office.

Pros

Cons

  • Android version of the app could be a bit more streamlined
  • ability to listen to calls
  • caller ID
  • can see coworker's extension numbers
  • makes it a lot easier to answer incoming calls
  • it's great that we can see the queue and how long clients have been waiting
I have used other programs in the past (can't remember the names), but Broadvoice is definitely a lot easier to use.

This is a wonderful program to use whether your work receives a lot of calls or not. It's just very easy to use and the UI is streamlined.
