Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our VoIP provider. We also use the automated call directory and Voicemail services. We are not a large office, so the phones that were provided are adequate with the number of buttons on them. The call waited feature has been very good because the normal hold only lasts around 30 seconds and then disconnects which makes callers irate.

I don't know how well Broadvoice would be suited to larger offices as I haven't seen their bigger solutions. I also didn't shop around too much, so I don't know if their prices are the most competitive. I do know that they made the transition very easy and supplied us with free phones worth about $600.
