Broadvoice Review
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice as our VoIP provider. We also use the automated call directory and Voicemail services. We are not a large office, so the phones that were provided are adequate with the number of buttons on them. The call waited feature has been very good because the normal hold only lasts around 30 seconds and then disconnects which makes callers irate.
