Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice to communicate with clients and agents. Broadvoice allows us to control call routing, transfer and conference calls and ensure we speak to who we need to. The mobile and desktop apps also allow us to take calls where ever we are which is a huge advantage.

- I wish the menus where you make your setup would go across to one another for easier navigation

- We were able to use the system to eliminate useless robot callers through the auto attendant system
We looked at a few other phone service providers and found clunky hard to understand systems with support teams that seemed unable to understand the issues we were having (and they were simple ones). not only did Broadvoice understand the problems, but they provided multiple solutions, asked for clarification, made sure we understood their answers and all for a fraction of the cost of the other guys. it was not a hard choice.
