Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

I have used Broadvoice in property management for years now and it is a fantastic system. Broadvoice is easy to use , has plenty of options and customer service is great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for phone services.

Pros

  • Allows me to take phone calls when I'm out of the office.

Cons

  • The hive app could use a little work.
  • Forwarding calls to me cell
  • It has had a positive return on investment
I have used Mango voice in the past and Broadvoice is far superior.
