Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice is our new phone system. Moving from our other carrier to Broadvoice was an easy transition even though our old system was 20 years old.

Pros

  • polycom phone has a informative display
  • the web portal is easy to access
  • billing is concise and informative

Cons

  • a couple of times our phones went out for some reason, it was hard to reach customer service. Our needs are immediate
  • communication
  • affordability
  • ease of use
  • we reduced phone costs per month by $300 and have better phones with more capabilities

its very helpful to be able to receive our voicemail on our inbox and also to be able to field calls through the bhive app. With our old service provider, whenever there was a phone or system outage, you were able to call in to a dedicated line and reach a representative right away. I wish Broadvoice had that capability
