Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice VOIP service for our desktop and mobile communications. The product is robust yet simple to use and administer. The configuration potential is very granular but global settings work very well in our cases. We practice what we preach by using the product as we endorse, promote and resell the service. The stability and reliability of the service is excellent.

Broadvoice people are easier to work with than many other larger companies. This becomes very apparent after the sale as well through their very responsive support. Their Reseller support is excellent as well.

Broadvoice VOIP service is an excellent fit for all customer sizes from small shops to enterprise and call center environments. The only area where we have not been successful is in the hotel industry. They do an excellent job connecting to most older analog devices when necessary. Where call quality is essential Broadvoice stands out from very first use. Network resources consumed are minimal.
