Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We made the switch to Broadvoice last summer. We have been very pleased with the level of support and have had no issues. What little we've had to call support they are easily able to walk us thru things.

Biggest change we've had to used to is when the internet is down, the phones are down. That was new to us with the voip switch but we got hot spots for all users for less than $40 for those rare occasions!
