Billing department unresponsive.
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice for simple communication at four locations.
Pros
- Facilitates incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Sends one of our 4 monthly invoices in a timely manner
- Offers electronic payment option
Cons
- We receive one of our four locations' invoices on the 3rd of the month with a due date of the 31st. Two locations are received on the 3rd of the month with a due date of the 5th. Makes it impossible to meet the due date. No one has been willing or able to assist us with this issue.
- We receive one of our four locations' invoices the same day it is charged to our credit card. Our Board of Directors prefers to initiate all payments and not use auto-pay; especially since it is not used for the other three locations. We've been told this is the only option.
- Not responsive for billing issues.
- Facilitate incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Only 1 of 4 locations falls within our Accounts Payable payment objectives.
