Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Having Broadvoice has enabled me to get into the field and meet the public more often. It has allowed me to work from my home or satellite office as I am no longer tied to my desk phone. I can make and receive calls on my cell phone as if I was sitting at my desk. Voicemails are delivered to my email as a wave file and I can respond whenever and wherever I am.
- Email delivery of voice mail.
- Ability to change outgoing messages remotely.
- Ability for my staff to access their messages and forward them to other staff.
- Simplify the outgoing message recording process.
- Simply the "Away Message" process.
- The Dashboard in general is a bit clunky for small company use.
- Email forwarding.
- Remote calling.
- Remote call recieving.
- We got our system right before Covid and it was a great way to stay in touch with my customers without driving 30 mins to the office to make calls.
- Allows my team to make calls without using their personal phone numbers or masking them which makes recipients suspicious of who the caller is.
- Allows me to get out on the road and drum up more donations.
- Optimum Solutions HRIS (discontinued)
We previously had cable company phone service and it functioned well as a phone but didn't have any of the portability that Broadvoice has like the ability to work remotely and receive voice mails thru email and share them etc.
