Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadvoice makes it easy to work out of the office on sales calls and still be accessible to clients. If we have any "down" time where the internet is not available, we can open our App and still take calls without skipping a beat. The system is very flexible and easy to use and make changes with various office locations/employees there is always some adjustments that need to be made.
