Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
This is especially when our phones are down due to internet issues - we are able to answer calls through this app. It is also useful when we are making calls from somewhere other than the workplace - it shows the call coming from the work place - not our personal number.

- ability to make calls without doing it from our personal line
- setting away messages is cumbersome
- there are several apps that work with the system and we have not been able to be consistent with everyone using (and it working for all) the same app
- Possible customer retention due to the ability to answer calls when other systems are out of order
- Improved accessibility of employees and quicker response times
Toshiba system was much easier to put several messages to answer in various scenarios. However it did not offer the app on the phone that allows you to answer remotely and make calls from your office phone number.
