Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice to host cellular numbers for 24 of our self storage locations. I've implemented different routing protocols to achieve the ultimate goal of having all of our numbers under a single SIP trunk. It has simplified communications and goes hand in hand with our PBX system we use to manage, route, forward extensions, etc.

Broadvoice is its only type of management, in particular cellular. Connectwise is specific to remoting into a certain device, can see the status i.e online/offline. But they both do their own jobs in their own way, successfully.
