Broadvoice review
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice as our primary phone company. We are a business with about 150 people. We have all of our employees using a virtual seat except for the main desk. We have not received our SMS verification as of yet. I have notified Broadvoice numerous times and cannot get a straight answer or any help.
Pros
- Porting our numbers from our old company.
- Sent over a third party to help with implementation.
- Gives a lot of customer support with easy tasks.
Cons
- Returning emails in a timely manner.
- Addressing problems quicker.
- Answering an email when asking a specific question.
- Cut the costs from our other provider
- Forcing employees to move into the next level.
- Have not seen any negative impact yet.
We used Comcast Business Voice Edge, but we all had desk phones. We have forced all of our employees to use virtual phones. The cost is so much less and you don't have to miss calls if you are working virtually.
