Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use it as our multi-offices phone system and for people working remotely. We have 5 offices and need a flexible phone service. We need a very reliable phone service because our clients count on being able to reach us. We need voicemail and a good call history listing that we can access to return calls.

Pros

  • remote workers can use the app to make calls
  • voicemail works well
  • company directory on the app
  • great conference calling feature
  • great inter company office dialing

Cons

  • sometimes the caller ID is not accurate
  • I get a lot of marketing emails
  • sometimes calls don't ring through to my cell phone app when i am away from the office
  • it works great so we don't have to spend a lot of time dealing with outages
  • if we loose service our clients would not be bale to reach us so it is very important
  • we need to be able to communicate between offices to do our work effectively
it is user friendly. I like the cell phone app when i am working away from the office. it is nice that i can call clients through the app and they will not see my cell phone number on their caller ID. It is easy to call within our firm using the directory.
  • Comcast Business VOIP (VoiceEdge)
Broadvoice has better customer service that comcast business voice edge. we experienced outages with comcast and when we had outages both the phones and the internet were down; so our clients were unable to reach us, sometimes for hours during regular business days. Calling customer service at Comcast business was also very difficult and took a lot of patience.

It has been great for our different office locations all over the state. the transition to the service went very well. The company directory is very handy. The price for this service was very reasonable. we were paying several different carriers before transitioning to Broadvoice and consolidating into one bill has been helpful and saved time and money.
