Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Phone system with intercoms. Since we are a school we are able to contact each classroom individually and grouped.

Pros

Cons

  • more accessible, I've had a hard time getting to the person I need for help.
  • ability to program our phones
  • Nothing really we are a school
I personally have not had many issues. Some of my teachers have had issues.

We weren't able to call all classrooms at once; incase of an emergency. Also we don't have to run to each class for students to come to office.
Unfortunate that it all runs off internet since in our remote rural area that service is spotty there leaving phone service spotty.
