Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice for our phone system. We access it through our computers and through our cell phones. We are moving our office, and will be working in a hybird way with potentially three different work stations. VOIP will help us stay connected.

Pros

Cons

  • the platform is more than we need, so it can be a bit complicated
  • It is roughly the same price as our current phones
  • I wish we could add people to the account and then remove the seat if they leave us and don't get replaced.
It is a bit complicated, but the training was great.
The other voip organization I looked into was very pushy. I appreciated Broadvoice's hands off approach.

The training and communication have been amazing. My initial interest meeting was very informative and the two employees did not try to sell me on anything, or hound me after the meeting. The training was very thorough, and everyone is so helpful.
