Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We are a small business that uses Broadvoice CloudPBX for our business phone system. We used to have a block of numbers through a telecommunication company which was pretty expensive without many features. Using Broadvoice we moved our block of numbers over, got new phones and many additional features we didn't with the other company we were using at a lower overall cost.

Cons
- We have had some issues with the voicemail to email transcription, which could use some work. Sometimes it isn't even close to transcribing the voicemail and we have had times it has been disabled on the account.
- By using the Cloud PBX through Broadvoice compared to AT&T our company was saving at least $150 per month, which only included basic services.
- Broadvoice Cloud PBX provided many additional features than other communication companies I have used at a cheaper cost per month.
