Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice for all of our phones throughout the organization. Whether it be IP phones, beehive app, Teams integrations, this is a very useful tool. I find that I stay connected with the organization on a whole different level.

  • Texting from the website is really clunky. (Broadvoice App)
  • Clearing old calls and texts from website. (Broadvoice App)
  • I would like to have a voicemail icon on the app that i just hit on my mobile phone to check work voicemails.
  • Users are able to work from home easily
  • The options allow for flexibility in methods of communication
  • Sound quality is excellent
I find configuring phones and devices using Broadvoice is intuitive. Add/Changes are simple. Customer service is exceptional and typically service requests are resolved in 24 hours. After service calls are closed, they always ask how your experience was and what they could do better. The Service Support Team is kind and courteous.

Yes

Broadvoice is perfect for large businesses that want to stay connected. I find that all the features available make it a ubiquitous experience. I find the app on the phone the most useful as it can be installed on any device. Also, I really love the Teams integration because that makes me accessible anywhere and especially when I'm on my computer. Dialing out from Teams is an amazing feature.
