Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We use Broadvoice to take numerous calls throughout the day. Broadvoice has given us the ability to hear the calls clearly and to also add users. The spam calls are significantly lower now that we are able to block numbers which is a huge plus! The ability to use a soft transfer helps on our end being able to give backround on what the customer is calling in for.

- Calls are clear and not hard to understand
- Easily block unwanted spam
- Active/or away from phone
- Easy to navigate
Cons
- b-hive app improvement for soft transfers
- No hard numbers yet, but will so far looks good
Bria did not have the near the capabilities that Broadvoice has to offer. Broadvoice is easy to use and you are able to make quick decisive decisions at ease. The transferring of calls is top notch!
