Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice to help ensure that all of our calls are being answered, that people can connect to right person quickly, and that concerns are being monitored after hours as well. We use Broadvoice every single business day. It helps give us peace of mind during and after work hours.

Pros

  • The Customer Service experience is always really excellent
  • The product is easy to use and very intuitive
  • The product works well and is reliable

Cons

  • The machines are not very aesthetic
  • Our return on investment has been excellent
  • Our team is easy to reach and we are able to communicate even better with ourselves

The only time I have ever needed to use the Broadvoice customer service help line, my customer service rep was very kind and extremely helpful. My problem was solved in about ten minutes and afterwards I had a very good understanding of what went wrong and how I could solve it in the future.
