Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice | GoContact
We are a integrator and use work with schools to provide paging using the Nyquist E7000 and C4000 systems. We connect and use Broadvoice for admin paging and IP phone paging.
Pros
- Tech support
- Explanation of uses, and implementation.
Cons
- ATA devices are lacking compared to others ive used
- Thats all I personally experienced that could be improved.
- Allowed us to keep our promise to our customer big impact.
- Saved us from buying multiple grandstream ata devises around 1500$ saved.
- Allowed our top of the line IP paging system to integrate and be used by admins Big Impact.
I would rather not mention other companies by name, but many service providers in this field do not have the functionality that Broadvoice offers, and certainly not the tech support to back it up.
