Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We chose to use Broadvoice as our phone provider as we manage three different businesses, each with their own unique needs and teams. We needed the ability to manage all three businesses seamlessly with one provider, while still being able to customize each of our lines for our teams. We have Broadvoice direct lines as well as employees who also either have their own direct line or have chosen to use the Broadvoice app.

Pros

  • Customer Service (Van R. & Manny R. were simply amazing to work with!)
  • Onboarding (Such a smooth process)
  • Intuitive Software (Broadvoice is sophisticated and intuitive)

Cons

  • None that I can think of so far! We have been pleased with our experience.
  • We are an early stage organization, so having a centralized phone provider will be beneficial when it comes to our efficiency as a team.
  • Running three business at the same time, Broadvoice has helped us tremendously - We have one provider on one bill but the Broadvoice platform still allows for flexibility and customization based on the needs of each of our businesses.
It's a very intuitive software - It's easy to understand the "rules of the road" and at the same time, easy to customize and adjust where needed. It's straightforward but also flexible which helps us when we are onboarding new employees and getting them integrated into the Broadvoice environment.
Broadvoice seems to be more user friendly and intuitive than the other providers we have used in the past.

If you have multiple businesses, teams, and lines that you need to manage seamlessly, Broadvoice is a great solution. Not only has it been a wonderful solution for us, but our onboarding experience was so easy. We had two outstanding Service Delivery providers, Van R. and Manny R., who went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely set up, well trained, and had everything we needed. Great product & great customer service!
