Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
We use bronto for all marketing email, and we use it across the whole organization. It primarily supports our e-commerce business for outbound marketing, transactional emails, etc.
- Easy integration for transactional emails
- Good segmentation
- Overall basic reporting (open, click-through, etc.)
- Dashboard load time, specifically unsubscribe
- Personalization and customization is limited
- Integration with social media and other ad platforms
- Given lack of personalization, the bronto services we use have been ROI neutral. Could be better.
