Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack

We use BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing. It helps us ensure our products look good and function well on a wide range of devices so we can always deliver a good user experience. Both the design team and development team have access to BrowserStack and both really like it.

Pages typically load quickly, but there is some lag time every now and then. We always seem to get lag when we're in the middle of a sprint review, but that's probably just bad luck. Overall, BrowserStack's performance is very dependable and reliable. I've never encountered a major performance issue.
There are so many combinations of devices and browsers that doing it without BrowserStack isn't really an option. You would either need to own a stupid number of phones or just not test and wait for users to report bugs. Neither of those options are great, which is why I prefer to use BrowserStack.
BrowserStack's library of devices and browsers is way bigger than Chrome DevTools. Additionally, I find that BrowserStack is more accurate than Chrome DevTools in regards to how pages render on the various devices I need to test on. Overall, BrowserStack is far better than Chrome DevTools.

BrowserStack is great for designers and dev to test new products in UAT or prod. We typically do our testing in UAT before pushing to prod, so it's really handy to have something like BrowserStack so we can test on any device. We really enjoy being able to see our designs on multiple screen sizes.
