Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
I have used BrowserStack in few mobile application and Web based projects where we had to test the compatibility of the website on more than 10 devices and behaviour on different Operating systems and environments. BrowserStack came on really handy to test multiple scenarios and achieve good coverage. As we do not have the luxury of having multiple devices for testing purposes, we rely on cloud platform.

The testing process and coverage achieved over the past few years using BrowserStack is great as it really complements our day to day tasks and really makes it easy for us to plan our test activity right from the start of sprints and easily track the work done and provide early feedback to dev team to work on any changes required so tat is less and leads to less defect leakage
I have used perfecto but BrowserStack experience is better compared to that as it is much easier to log in and preform quick tests
