Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
I have been using BrowserStack for more than 5 years now and I can proudly say that It helped and saved our lot of efforts in our day to day testing. It is easy to use and has some amazing features which definitely helps to ease the life of tester/QA.I have recommended BrowserStack to my UK counterparts and also helped to setup it in their project. The feedback is really great and all our customers are happy to use BrowserStack and utilizing its benefits. The best part I would say is its easy to integrate with automation tool and reporting is too good and easy to understand. We have used it wherever there was scope of testing the application against different browsers, platforms, devices etc

We have been setting up our own device lab which was expensive and difficult to maintain. Buying multiple devices always need levels of approvals and its time consuming and expensive. BrowserStack helped to resolved this challenge.

These products helped to ease the life of tester/QA and maximise savings. We are exploring the newly added features e.g Accessibility, Percy etc and finding them very useful. Test automation from ADO pipeline has been achieved.
It is one of the product which each software organisation should include in their end to end product development journey. I have explored other products in this category and I can proudly say that BrowserStack is a clear winner in terms of its Features, Performance and Product Support etc.
